Call Intel – Privacy Policy

Effective 6 November 2026. Home

Who we are

Call Intel is a private tool operated by Mohamed Badawy (“the owner”) to organise, transcribe and summarise his own phone-call recordings and voice notes, and to generate spoken voice notes from text. It is not offered to the public. Only the owner, and people he personally invites, can sign in.

Google user data Call Intel accesses

When the owner connects a Google account, Call Intel asks for these permissions:

How the data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the features described above to the owner. Recordings are copied to servers run by the owner and processed there. To turn speech into text and summarise it, audio and text are sent to service providers that process data on the owner’s behalf only for that purpose: Google Cloud (Speech-to-Text and Gemini) and, when the owner selects it, a rented GPU computing provider.

Sharing

Call Intel does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with anyone other than the processors named above. No human reads Google user data except the owner and people he has invited.

Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers operated by the owner. The Google sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to Call Intel requires signing in with the owner’s authentication system.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept until the owner deletes it. The owner can disconnect Google at any time in Call Intel’s Settings, which removes the stored Google sign-in, and can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask for data to be deleted, write to the address below.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Call Intel’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Questions: badawyxyz889@gmail.com.
